Founder, former accountant, lover of the details, sun-seeker, tea lover, health enthusiast and the older sister that can't help giving advice, Megan Hackney is the heart & soul of the brand. After having her first child almost 9 years ago, Megan realized how bad many of the ingredients were that we put into food marketed towards babies & kids.
Over the years, her family has worked to do things like eat high-quality food, use cleaning products free of harsh chemicals, and choose soaps & other bathroom products without all the yuck in them. But by purging all the bad stuff Megan gave up using candles after learning how many not so good things can be used to make them.
So she decided to use her background advising businesses as an accountant & working for a large eCommerce company combined with her passion for clean living to create Kind Life Goods.

Beeswax Blend Wax
Our wax is ethically sourced, renewable, clean burning, biodegradable + 100% natural. It is a blend of beeswax, soy, coconut and RSPO* palm oils. We choose beeswax because it actually has negative ionization properties so it can actually clean the air as it burns.

Our scents are all-natural and free of phthalates, mutagens, carcinogens, & toxins. The scents are ISO-9235 certified. ISO-9235 is the specific certification and compliance standards for natural fragrances. This ensures that our scents are free of petrochemicals, solvents, and dyes.

Our wicks are eco-friendly, clean-burning, wooden wicks made from FSC Certified Wood. Plus they are hand-crafted and made in the USA. And they make a soothing crackling sound we can’t get enough of.
